These permissions apply only to original nolongeramystery material in which Sean Brown owns copyright, including protectable original wording, code, selection and arrangement. They do not claim ownership of historical facts, teaching ideas or third-party material.
Students and teachers
You may read, download and print these original resources for personal study and non-commercial classroom teaching. Teachers may give unchanged copies to their own students, including through a closed class learning platform, and make accessibility adjustments for those learners. Keep the author credit, source link and reuse notice. No ownership is transferred.
Commercial reuse needs written permission
This permission does not allow anyone to sell, sublicense, rebrand or commercially redistribute the original resources; include them in a paid resource pack, subscription, app or commercial platform; or place them behind a paid access barrier. Written permission from Sean Brown is required for those uses. Do not remove the credit or present the material as your own. Ask the teacher who supplied the resource to put you in touch.
Sharing the site
Share the original site link rather than copying the site to another service. Public republication, website cloning and redistribution beyond the permissions above require written permission, unless separately authorised or permitted by law.
Other people's work and existing permissions
Historical images, quotations, exam-board material, fonts and other third-party items retain their own copyright status and terms. Public-domain material remains public domain; Creative Commons material retains its stated licence, including any commercial permissions. See portrait credits and the credits beside the story images. This notice does not replace or revoke any valid licence already granted for an earlier copy. Separately labelled licences take priority for the items they cover.
Rights the law gives you
Nothing here limits fair dealing or other statutory exceptions, or claims exclusive rights over unprotectable facts or ideas. Rights are reserved only to the extent they exist. The nolongeramystery name and logo are not licensed for suggesting endorsement or passing off another service as this project.
